As a cook:
Daily routines included keeping all premises clean and sanitary, prepping and completing all meals. Managing time and activities to make sure that a single server and a single cook (me) can keep the restaurant in full swing throughout the evening. Also familiar with a daily return customer base, and building a positive atmosphere while spinning crepes and preparing food in front of the customer to there standards. During my 4 years as a full time Repair Tech: Daily Repair, maintenance and assembly of multiple bikes including the ability to perform maintenance on a very wide range of bikes. At the same time still assisting customers, working the register, answering the phone and selling bikes/ bike accessories. As the only full time employee besides the owners, my duties also included shipping and receiving, stocking, inventory and phone orders |
